John Freeman is a 5th generation Oregon cowboy that has always had a soft spot for the arts. Between rodeos in the spring of 2009 he had a chance to play the lead in a western short film "Hard Ride to Hope".
One thing led to another and within a year John was cast as the lead in For Robbing the Dead acting opposite stars Margot Kidder, Barry Corbin and John Gries and garnering great reviews.
