Vince Peagler III was born in Winfield, Illinois; however, he moved to Philadelphia shortly thereafter when his father was hired as a warehouse manager for General Motors.
After living in Philadelphia for twelve years, his father received another promotion that would relocate Vince and his family up and down the East Coast for the next six years.
Vince finally settled in Kentucky where he attended the University of Kentucky and caught the acting bug while taking an acting class with Margo Buchanan.
